Review of Impedance-Based Analysis Methods Applied to Grid-Forming Inverters in Inverter-Dominated Grids

چکیده

As the use of distributed generation with power electronics-based interfaces increases, separation between DC and AC parts grid is reduced. In such inverter-dominated grids, impedance-based analysis methods are proving to be more powerful than traditional state-space-based methods. Even conventional parameters standards used estimate stability generators stronger grids cannot fully capture dynamics weaker, grids. It then stands reason that system impedances commonly analyze systems will useful in grid-forming inverters these hybrid systems. To understand value studying other elements weak this article reviews describes various ways which analyses can define, assess, improve performance inverter controllers. An exemplary case using P-f/Q-V droop control demonstrates application determine impact controller on input output inverter.
